Rachel
Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has practised in the field of family law, wills & probate and personal injury. In 2017 Rachel set up her legal practice, RJT Solicitors, based in Wigan, moving to the High Street in Standish in 2018. She was joined by Donna, a former colleague and family expert, and together they have over 40 years of family law experience.  

Rachel is passionate about family law and committed to providing a first-class service for her clients.  The firm prides itself on adopting a sensitive and considerate manner, and on being approachable, striving to obtain the best possible outcome for clients whilst advising and representing them through what can often be a daunting experience. 

Rachel  is a member of Resolution, a network of family legal professionals committed to promoting a constructive approach to family issues that consider the needs of the whole family. This approach helps to achieve the best possible outcome for everyone concerned.

When not at work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has recently started playing golf. 

Donna
Donna qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has over 20 years experience of dealing with all aspects of family law. Donna joined RJT Solicitors in 2018, attracted by the opportunity to be part of a new and dynamic firm focused on providing excellent client care. Donna prides herself on providing practical and realistic advice and supporting clients through the legal process so that they can move on with their lives. Seeing clients come out the other side is the most rewarding part of her job. 

Donna is a member of Resolution, and is committed to supporting clients in a non-confrontational manner.

When not in the office, Donna enjoys going to the theatre and live music events, playing badminton, swimming and spending time with her family.

Claire
Clare joined the team in May 2022, having previously worked in Local Government, where she provided various administrative support.

In her spare time, she enjoys walking, eating out and spending time with friends and family.
